Description of patent
The patent description no. 33351 established by virtue of the Regulation of the President of the Republic of Poland of 22 March 1928 on the protection of inventions, designs and trademarks (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland no. 39 item 384) granted to the Zjednoczone Fabryki Związków Azotowych (United Factories of Nitrogen Compounds) company in Mościce and Chorzów. Warsaw, 31 May 1948. Method of producing oxalic acid. This is a supplemental patent to the patent No. 29365, filed 25 February 1938, granted 30 September 1947. The longest term of the patent was stated to be 8 November 1955. 3 copies of the patent in olive green binding. The Państwowa Fabryka Związków Azotowych (State Factory of Nitrogen Compounds) in Chorzów was founded in 1916 under the name Oberschlesische Stickstoffwerke AG. The official takeover of the plant by the Polish government took place in July 1922. The decision to build the Państwowa Fabryka Związków Azotowych (State Factory of Nitrogen Compounds) in Mościce was made in 1927 at the request of the President of Poland, Ignacy Mościcki. Its official opening took place in January 1930. The plant was later incorporated into the Central Industrial District. In 1933, the Chorzów and Mościce factories were merged.
