The letter from the Educational Authority of the Lwów school district to Witold Habdank-Kossowski, a teacher of the XI State Junior High School in Lwów, regarding the entrustment of duties of the Principal of the State Junior High School in Stalowa Wola, dated 22 June 1938. Witold Habdank-Kossowski was born in 1894 in Tarnopol, he was a soldier, an educator and a poet. He became the first principal of the State High School and Junior High School in Stalowa Wola. During World War II he conducted underground education. He was subjected to repression during the Stalinist period. He died on 25 February 1954 and was buried in the parish cemetery in Rozwadów.
